What does the pricing include?

Our standard pricing includes free delivery, installation, and pick-up for customers within our primary service area (See Below).

Parties are limited to the hours of 8AM to SUNSET. If time adjustments are necessary for your party, please alert our staff during the reservation process.

What is your primary service area? / How far do you deliver?

Our primary service area extends to locations within a 15-mile radius of Northport/Tuscaloosa. Delivery requests that exceed this distance are still possible but may require a distance fee. Please contact us for details. Extended delivery requests are common and we try our best to make it work!

How can I make a reservation?

Please contact us by phone at 205-614-8083. Texting is preferred and encouraged! It is the easiest way for us to track everything.

In order to reserve your unit/date of service, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Any remaining balances must be collected prior to delivery.

Payments can be made using debit/credit card or cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change. *During peak season, cash may not be accepted.

* Please be aware, your reservation deposit requires us to remove your selected unit from our available inventory. For this reason, reservation deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, deposits will be applied as an account credit towards your next event. See below FAQ for details.

** Once the unit is installed and signed for, all payments become non-refundable.

What if I cancel my event?

Reservation deposits will be applied as an account credit to be used towards a future reservation. This credit will remain valid for 365 days from the initial service date. Any credit not used within 365 days will be forfeited.

Do we have to keep the unit plugged in the entire time?

Yes. The blower keeps the unit filled with air in order to hold its shape. Once unplugged, the unit will deflate and lose its form.

What do I need to know before I reserve a rental?

Evaluate the dimensions of the request unit and ensure that you have an appropriate space. Please consider trees, utility lines, etc. Unit dimensions are listed on our website for all inflatables on the “details” page of each unit.

Due to safety requirements, customers must have a relatively level grass or concrete surface. Fun Master Inflatables cannot place a rental unit on an unlevel surface.

Most of our units can be powered by a regular household outlet. A 50-foot extension cord will be provided with each unit. Please ensure that you have an easily accessible outlet within 50 feet of desired placement. If a further distance is required for power, please alert our staff at the time of reservation so that proper arrangements can be made.

For approved wet units, customers must supply an appropriate water source and hose. We keep one extra on the truck - Just in case!

An adult operator is required at the entrance of each unit at all times of use. Inflatables are not manned by Fun Master staff unless requested for major events.
